Engineering reviews and liaising

Fabrication of structural webbed trusses in galvanised 150PFC. At 16,500mm Long. These trusses were bolted to internal load bearing wall either side prior to wall cutting. This would allow the 2 tenancies to be joined into one for incoming tenant Chemist Warehouse.
Trusses were supported either end with posts bolted into trusses and re enforced concrete footings.

Installation of support columns to underside of centre roof structure

Installation of support beams to other walls for new doorways and opening

Fire Escape Passage

A new  2 hour fire escape passage was required for this tenancy split and carve up. This included full height walls to underside of centres roof lined in 8 layers of fire check gyprock to – Internal of the new passage and either side of the tenancies

Fire rated doors and door jambs were installed to 3 tenancies

Total wall area created 1900m2

Fit out

During the landlord works NV Group were appointed to reduce and relocate Petbarn tenancy. Fit out was completed while the store was operating.
