Engineering reviews and liaising
Fabrication of structural webbed trusses in galvanised 150PFC. At 16,500mm Long. These trusses were bolted to internal load bearing wall either side prior to wall cutting. This would allow the 2 tenancies to be joined into one for incoming tenant Chemist Warehouse.
Trusses were supported either end with posts bolted into trusses and re enforced concrete footings.

A new 2 hour fire escape passage was required for this tenancy split and carve up. This included full height walls to underside of centres roof lined in 8 layers of fire check gyprock to – Internal of the new passage and either side of the tenancies
Fire rated doors and door jambs were installed to 3 tenancies
Total wall area created 1900m2

NV Group have successfully delivered numerous base build modifications and fit outs on behalf of Woolworths and our tenants in WA.
Of note, NV Group were appointed for a full line Best & Less fitout inclusive of base build modifications at our Butler Shopping Centre in January 2018. The project was delivered with an extremely tight timeframe to allow the store to trade in line with the overall centre opening date. NV Group delivered the project on time and on budget to an exceptionally high standard. Since this time NV Group have lead the delivery of over 20 tenancies at several of our centres in Perth as our base build and fitout contractor. Along with our tenants we regularly engage NV Group for preliminary advice and building / fitout services due to their competitive pricing and exceptional customer service and quality.
I’ve used Kris and his team on numerous projects for both landlord and lessee works.
I’ve found that having his own team allows him to be quick and responsive and deal with site issues better than most. His workmanship and attention to detail is second to none and does what is necessary to deliver on-time. NV Group have enabled us to achieve feasibility on complex leasing deals.
